The Master’s Degree in Advocacy and Procurement is a professionally oriented master’s degree that is governed by the provisions of Law 15/2021, of October 23, which modifies Law 34/2006, of October 30, on access to the professions of Lawyer and Court Attorney and in Royal Decree 64/2023, of February 8, which approves the Regulation of Law 34/2006, of October 30, on access to the professions of the Lawyers and the Attorney General’s Office. In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, this master’s degree integrates the specialized training necessary to be able to access the evaluations of professional aptitude leading to obtaining the professional titles of law and attorney general, which will allow the two professions to be exercised interchangeably without any further requirements than membership in the corresponding professional association, and with no limit other than the prohibition of simultaneous exercise of both professions.
