The Royal Decree 822/2021, established the regulations regarding the official university education and requires that, in order to accredit a degree, it is necessary to incorporate an internal quality system to evaluate, monitor and improve the educational offer quality.
On July 3, 2015, the Agency for Quality Assurance in the Galician University System (ACSUG), certified that the Quality Guarantee System of the Faculty of Legal and Labour Sciences was implemented according to the guidelines in the Programme FIDES-AUDIT. This certification has been renewed on 10/11/2022.
The Quality Committee is the responsible body of the planning of the tasks related with the implementation and monitoring of the Quality Guarantee System.
The QMS documentation must be composed, at least, of a manual, quality policy and objectives, procedures, results and indicators, improvement plans, those responsible for the QMS and the procedures and document management system.
